By creating an account, browsing the website, or utilizing the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all provisions, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.
2. Description of the Service
BooKi provides cloud-based software tools for service businesses (beauty salons, spas, clinics, studios, restaurants, and independent professionals) to automate online booking, staff scheduling, resource/room management, commission tracking, customer relationship management, and external calendar integrations.
3. Account Registration & Security
- Users must provide genuine, accurate, and current information upon registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, passwords, and multi-factor authentication tokens.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized breach or compromised security regarding your account.
4. Google API Services & Third-Party Integrations
BooKi enables optional synchronization with external third-party services, including Google Services (specifically Google Calendar).
Google API Services Compliance
When you link your Google Account with BooKi:
- You authorize BooKi to access your Google Calendar solely to synchronize scheduled appointment times and check busy intervals to prevent double-booking.
- BooKi's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- You retain the right to revoke or disconnect Google access at any time through the BooKi settings panel or via your Google Account Permissions portal.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
When accessing or using BooKi, you strictly agree NOT to:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international data protection and privacy statutes (including GDPR and KVKK).
- Transmit unsolicited communications, spam, phishing emails, or fraudulent booking requests.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, compromise, or probe the platform's security mechanisms.
- Introduce viruses, malware, trojans, or harmful automated scraping mechanisms.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All software, visual interfaces, documentation, trade secrets, trademarks, and logos associated with BooKi remain the exclusive property of Ki Software / Ki Business Solutions.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, KI SOFTWARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF DATA) ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Istanbul, Turkey.
